Who We Want

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be part of our growing team and will be responsible for operating within the Facilities database, running standardized reports, monitoring service metrics, and reviewing data in support of assigned maintenance programs or projects. This individual will work with Facility Managers and others, to maintain properties to company standards, including asset management, and analyzing cost to budgets.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and validate data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Receive and enter service request, shared expenses, supply orders, etc. into the CMMS.
• Provide administrative support to Facility Manager, Corporate Partners, and Vendors, including scheduling of services, reporting, and training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Add service requests and supply orders into CMMS, as needed.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports.
• Follow up with team members and third-party vendors.
• Monitor vendor proposals and invoices, resolve, or escalate as necessary.
• On-board new vendor and monitor compliance.
• Shared Services tracking and reporting.
• Implement new processes and procedures with internal and external team members.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Familiarity and comfortability in a computerized environment. Experience with workflow based computerized data system is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, Teams, and proficiency in Excel is required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Attention to details and the desire to improve costs and processes within facility management.
